Fibula

Etruria or near Este, Italy, mid-7th century BCE

One-piece bronze (originally tin-plated) boat fibula with the bow pulled out to the sides. Northern Etruscan boat (navicella) type. Three graduated ring notches on the head and foot of the bow.
